Prices

Powell Guitars Full Body size SFG have a starting price of £2300.
Which includes: Indian Rosewood (first grade) back and sides, AAA Sitka Spruce top, Ebony fingerboard and bridge, Gotoh 510 Tuners and a Hiscox hard-shell case. Electronics, pick ups, additional inlays ETC add extra costs.

Mid Body SFG, Small Body SFG, Tenor Guitar SFT, Mandola SFM,Cittern SFC, Guitar Shaped Bouzouki (Gazouki): Start from £2100.

Payment Terms

A 25% deposit is required to lock in your price quote and position on the build list. The 75% balance of your guitar, plus estimated shipping and insurance costs, are due prior to delivery of your guitar.

Approval Period

There is a 15-day approval period for every Powell guitar once it has been delivered.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Powell guitar, A full refund will be issued – less return shipping and insurance costs – upon the return delivery of the unaltered and undamaged instrument. The instrument must be in the identical condition as when it was shipped out of the workshop in order to qualify for a full refund.

Warranty

Each Powell guitar carries a certificate and limited lifetime warranty to the original owner. This warranty covers repairs for defects in materials and workmanship. Damage due to neglect, abuse, or extremes of heat and/or humidity are not covered under this warranty, nor are the effects of playing wear and tear that occur from normal use.

Repair and Restoration Services

Services for repair and restoration to non-warranty related issues are provided to both original and subsequent owners on all Powell instruments at a nominal charge.

For warranty repair work, most costs are free provided all shipping costs are paid by the customer.

There is no specific time limit on an instrument’s warranty or warranty repairs except that the time period shall not exceed the builder’s working lifetime.
